Dear esteemed parents and guardians ❖ Greetings, ❖ With the school’s first letter to you at the start of the new academic year 2026–2027, allow us to express our deepest gratitude for your trust in your school: Summit Language School. ❖ Whether you are among our loyal families who began the Summit journey with us over the past two years, or among the distinguished parents who joined us this academic year, nothing shows that trust more clearly than this: in July 2025 we were about 69 students from Kindergarten through Grade 3, and by July 2026 we reached 475 students through Grade 7. ❖ Praise be to God for this remarkable growth — the result of the dedicated efforts of our teaching and administrative teams, and of the precious trust you have placed in us. We renew our pledge that “Summit” remains a goal we strive for before it is merely a name. ❖ Details and agenda for the new academic year ❖ School start dates ❖ Classes begin according to the Ministry of Education calendar on Sunday, 13 / 9 / 2026, with stages starting gradually. ❖ Unless the Ministry issues new arrangements, last year’s schedule will be followed: ❖ Day 1: KG 1 – Grade 1 – Grade 7. ❖ Day 2: KG 2 – Grade 2 – Grade 8. ❖ Day 3: remaining stages Grade 3 – 4 – 5 – 6. ❖ Note: during these first three days only, the school day runs from 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. ❖ Pre-KG: their first school day is Wednesday, 16 / 9 / 2026. ❖ School bus service ❖ We have finished collecting all parent preferences and contacted several transport companies in the city to compare offers for the best quality and most suitable price. ❖ Wednesday 2 / 9 / 2026: announcement of the annual subscription fee and payment method. ❖ From Thursday 3 / 9 / 2026 through Thursday 10 / 9 / 2026: confirmation of booking intent and payment of the first installment. ❖ School Uniform ❖ This year the uniform will be available inside the school itself, under the supplier’s care and school administration supervision (not at El-Robaeya Mall as before). ❖ Summer uniforms: distribution begins from 5 / 9 / 2026 (price list will be sent on Tuesday 1 / 9 / 2026). ❖ Winter uniforms: distributed before mid-October 2026. ❖ Learning materials ❖ The school provides all ministry textbooks, advanced-level materials, booklets, exercise books, and learning supplies (pens, colors, etc.) for your convenience. Students only need to provide tools for home use. ❖ A detailed list of books and supplies for each grade (financially listed under books, activities, and learning resources) will be sent. ❖ Orientation Day ❖ An orientation day will be organized for parents to meet the school, the team, and its policies before classes begin.
